Harford County offers the Online Point System Conference and Online Driver Improvement Program classes. You may also sit through the DIP/PSC classes here.
Directions
Print these directions. Please do not call the school for directions on the the day of your testing.
From Interstate 95 take Route 152 South (Joppa/Fallston Exit 74) towards Joppa. Make a right at the first stop light onto Philadelphia Road. Make the next right (less than 50 yards) onto Old Mountain Road. The Joppa Magnolia Fire Company will be on the right as soon as you turn onto Old Mountain Road. Testing is held in the community center in the Aamos Room on the first floor. The community center is the tan building with green trim which is across the lot from the actual fire station.
