For the students completing the online PSC/DIP program, testing is 9/6 or 9/20 at 8:30 AM. Testing is also available in Joppa (Harford County) on 8/27 at 7:30 PM or in Westminster (Carroll County) on 9/6 at 10:30 AM.

Baltimore County offer the Driver Improvement Program and the Point System Conference which may be completed on-line only.
Directions
The directions below are for our regular testing location at Towson University. Print these directions. Please do not call the school for directions on the the day of your appointment.
Students may be tested at any of our locations. Please check for times.
Take Interstate 695 and take Exit 25 (Charles Street). Follow Charles Street southbound towards Baltimore for approximately 1 1/2 miles. Make a left onto Towsontown Boulevard (toward Towson University) and continue for approximately 1/4 of a mile. Make a right at the first light onto Osler Drive and take the next immediate left, which will take you to the parking garage adjacent to the Towson Student Union. Testing is in the Student Union Building in the Susquehanna Room.
