Point System Conference
Enrollment to Attend a Class
Our program is student friendly. We do our best to make this as easy as possible for you!
To complete the class:
1. If you would like to enroll to sit through the 1 hour Point System Conferences (PSC), please complete the form below or call during business hours. You will not be billed now. Completing the enrollment form below will reserve your place in the class. Contact information and directions directions can be viewed by selecting "Location/Directions" on the menu to the left.
2. If you would prefer to sign up for the online PSC class, please select "Point System Conference" from the menu on the left. Then select the "online" button.

Notifying the MVA:
We promptly notify the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) of all PSC/DIP completions.
Also, you receive proof of completion the day you complete the class. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PROOF OF COMPLETION!
What you need to bring:
- $25 cash or money order for the PSC, (NO
REFUND AFTER COMPLETING A CLASS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLETE THE
CORRECT CLASS REQUIRED BY YOUR STATE)
- A photo ID and a pen
- Your MVA or court referral letter so that we can notify the Maryland MVA upon completion. We do not notify other states. If you do not have a referral letter, you may still attend the class.
- Your Maryland driver's license number. If you ever had a Md. license or if your license is suspended or revoked, you would still have a Maryland license number.
