Joe Widmyer is the broker of the business with over 25 years of real estate experience with extensive commercial experience.   When you call Widmyer, you don't speak to a part-time agent that just recently passed their salesman's exam. You will speak with a veteran of the industry who has years of experience selling commercial and residential real estate. He is one of only a few brokers who was licensed by the Maryland Higher Education Commission as a real estate school.

He graduated from Towson University and has taught at Hagerstown Community College and Frostburg State University
